An initiative initially set up by ISPACG to look at the issue of HF congestion in the South Pacific SP6 network of frequencies but now has responsibility for the co-ordination of any HF related issues in the region.

The HF Working Group is responsible for undertaking customer surveys on the HF network to measure the quality of service provided to airline customers in the south pacific and for implementing measures to improve service efficiency.
